Second time staying at this beautiful cozy home. Location , location right by the beach with a big deck beautiful views. The house is clean, well stocked and comfortable. The owner/manager is very pleasant and accomodating. We will be back in June.

My second time in 12 years. The location is great, views can't be beat and there is plenty to do if you can pry yourself off the amazing deck. The house has three legit bedrooms and the kitchen is perfectly nice. I will definitely return.

Great view of the beach from the deck, easy walk to the beach and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. Tim was easy to communicate with regarding reservation and checking in / out. An excellent host . Hope to return sometime. Only negative was parking for 2 cars.

We had an amazing week at the Yellow Beach House. Our children and grandchildren came and went, and everyone had a great time. There were some nice updates, new stove-oven, solar lights on the deck, and puzzles that kept us up late at night. Every year there have been comfortable improvements. Thank you Tim for sharing your wonderful home with us. This was our 5th year to rent it for at least one week. And we can't wait to return. Carol & Paul

The cottage has everything you need, large kitchen great flow of traffic if you have guests. Its clean, cozy and very relaxing. This little house is gorgeous with all of the modern updates. The Best thing is the huge deck overlooking the beach. There is some traffic, but it isn't bothersome. There is a lot to see and do in the immediate area, but you may want to just stay out on the deck with an occasional walk to the water. Highly reccomend!

This is the best unit to rent at Twin Lakes Beach. The deck is awesome and the views from inside are great. The kitchen has everything you need, and Tim gives the option of twin beds or converting them to a King. The room with the Queen has amazing ocean views. Thank you for a great stay. We really enjoyed our beach house stay. The views from the deck were wonderful. The kitchen amenities were well stocked and the house was very clean. Tim, the owner is real down to earth and was easy to work with before, during and after our stay. He returned all calls and texts promptly. We would gladly stay there again! Thanks Tim.

We have been driving past this Yellow Cottage for 16 years. I'm sorry it took so long to rent it. We loved our stay. The new deck is amazing, and we spent a lot of time there. The views can't be topped, sunrise to sunset. The house is very comfortable, and it is easy to connect with Tim, the owner. We look forward to a return trip as soon as possible. Carol and Paul

We were sad to check out. The location is perfect. It offered sweeping views of the beach and boardwalk from the spacious deck. The cottage itself is charming and very well maintained. There is a bit of traffic passing through the area, which is to be expected, as the cottage is only a few steps away from the beach, but it never got congested. It’s within walking distance of the harbor, and a few of the more popular restaurants in the area. Tim was accessible and very responsive. We definitely plan to return next year.

My family spent a week at this adorable cottage. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were really nice, without taking away from the cottage's charm. The deck has amazing sunset views, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach with our kids. Would love to stay here again!

My family has been returning to the Yellow Cottage for three years in a row and we plan to continue. The location is perfect with walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The view of the sunset is out-of-this-world. The space is light and cozy with recently updated kitchen and bathrooms. Tim the landlord is easy to access and quick to respond if there are any problems. This is a truly special place. I highly recommend.

The house exceeded our expectatons. The views from the house and the huge deck are sweeping and exceptional. The location is perfect as we could walk to a variety of coffee shops and restaurants right on the sand. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the surf, sand and sea gulls without getting out of bed. We received a prompt refund of our deposit and hope to stay there again. Chuck and Greta P.
