As always, the Cross family week say at the Casa Grande was fun again this year making new memories at the beach and the Santa Cruz boardwalk. This was our 6th year at the Casa Grande and have already booked for 2024! Just A great place to stay!

We were in Santa Cruz for our son’s Ironman 70.3 event. He had a good nights sleep on the 3rd floor while the rest of us made a lot of noise in the kitchen laughing and having fun. Loved the layout of the house and how the noise didn’t carry. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities. The bedding, towels, and bathrooms were clean. Easy access to beach with gorgeous sunsets, and walk to restaurants. We had a wonderful week!

We had such a lovely stay at Casa Grande! The living room, dining room, kitchen open area is so great for entertaining or just chatting as a family. The high ceilings and the view, especially at night over the bay are spectacular! The master bedroom is also beautifully done! Little touches here and there. Love the area and the walk to the beach..We will stay again!...thank you Tim!

The house worked out so nicely, located right next to the beach was the best feature. Plenty of parking and lots of space. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Tim.

Had a wonderful weekend with family & friends at Casa Grande. Great location, perfect house for a group, no problem with parking because you can park a couple cars on the driveway in the ally. Rooms were all comfortable, plenty of dishes, cooking equipment and nice size refrigerator. Working with the owners was efficient and easy. All emails were answered quickly. Great place and would stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Santa Cruz beach rental. Everything was perfect including the weather! The occasion was for my son's 21st birthday which could not have been celebrated any better than with this location of breathtaking views. The home had everything we needed and more! I want to thank Tim for allowing us to stay at this amazing beach house. We were looking for a family beach house for my birthday and family summer trip. This house has amazing views from the top roof and main living area. It's close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing at night. The walk to the beach is just a few steps away to stairs that give you great access to the beach. The house had everything we needed and expected plus more. It was big enough to have two family's one of four and one of six. The size is almost like having two houses in one. I would highly recommend this if your looking for prime location close to Santa Cruz and right near the beach but still gives you privacy!! Thanks again Tim

The house was awesome. Tons of space in bedrooms. Family room/kitchen can hold everyone comfortably for watching tv, playing games, cooking and then sitting at the large kitchen table. Views from every window and side of house. Rooftop deck is one of the highlights. can see up and down the coast, perfect at sunset.

This was one of the most beautiful homes I have rented. The master bedroom and bath were oversized and very comfortable. The bunk room could accommodate seven young adults quite comfortably and my adult children loved the novelty of the beds stacked three high. The girls posted a picture on Facebook with the title "Three peas in a pod" that was absolutely priceless. The upstairs bedroom was a little small but very comfortable, nonetheless. The rest of the house was exquisite and we walked into a well appointed living room, dining room, and kitchen that had everything we needed, and more. The instructions were very clear and we were able to figure out how to use every appliance quite easily (there are two washers on the first floor and two dryers in the garage) and the steam room was absolutely the most relaxing place to be after a day of surfing and swimming at the beach. The views from the rooftop deck were amazing and we spent every night watching the sunset over Santa Cruz Harbor (could not get enough of that). I can't say enough about Tim's hospitality and the ease of dealing with the financial transactions either. He certainly rescued our family vacation by allowing us to check in on a Sunday night at 9 pm after our other plans fell through. Without his compassion, flexibility, and understanding, we would have had a horrible vacation and he saved the day by allowing us to move in on such short notice. The Casa Grande is indeed a VERY SPECIAL place. You will love it here. Thanks, Tim, for hosting such a great vacation for my family.
